How do I store my display collection?
Once you’ve used your display collection, wipe down gently with a micro fibre cloth. Lay off the wool and/or scouring pads as they can scratch and penetrate the surface. Once cleaned, store them back in the box you received them in, stacked.
Are all the acrylic collections re-usable?
Yes, they can be kept for many years if they are looked after well.

Is acrylic heat resistant?
Our Acrylic displays are an ideal product to use outdoors as they are heat resistant up to 160 degrees C. Our acrylics are durable & shatterproof when handled with care. Check our acrylic Chaffing box covers.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes , from our warehouse in Carlton. You will need to organise an appointment by email tdc@hayatandfay.com - you will need to bring a copy of your invocie with you

How do I clean my acrylic display collection?
1. First, blow the dust or dirt off, or use water and a soft cloth to float the dirt off.
2. Then use a soft cloth with soap and warm water or a mild solution of dish detergent and warm water to carefully wash the acrylic display riser.
3. Dry using a soft, lint- free cloth.
What currency do I pay?
You will pay in AUD. We display multiple currencies on the product page and home page so you can see how much it works out to be in your currency.
How do I transport my acrylic items ?
Our collections are fragile , handle with care, use a crate, bubble wrap or keep in original packaging. Lift from the bottom end not the sides, as that will cause them to break. When we thought of transport and pack down, we wanted it easy for you! So we ensured that each sets in each other for easy transport and pack down.

Will GST be added to my cart at checkout?
Yes we charge GST for all Australian orders only. Goods and Services Tax in Australia is a value added tax of 10% on most goods and services sales.
